Ausnet sites
  • Ausnet tariffs operate on monthly demand or 12-month rolling capacity.
    • Monthly demand tariffs reflect reductions to consumption and demand immediately each month.
    • 12-month rolling capacity – reductions to your site’s kVA requirements during COVID-19 will unlikely affect your billable capacity value.

CitiPower sites
  • CitiPower tariffs operate on a 12-month rolling capacity.
    • 12-month rolling Capacity – reductions to your site’s kVA requirements during COVID-19 will unlikely affect your billable capacity value.
Your demand will be assessed by the Energy Metrics team, so we can see if your site would benefit from moving to a demand opt-out tariff.


Jemena sites
  • Jemena tariffs apply the highest historical demand unless a reset is requested.
    • One demand reset is permitted per 12-month period. This will reset your site’s demand to the highest level during the demand review period (12 months from the request date), with the reset being included within billing following the 12-month review period.
Your demand will be assessed by the Energy Metrics team, so we can see if your site would benefit from a demand review.


Powercor sites
  • Powercor tariffs operate on a 12-month rolling capacity.
    • 12-month rolling capacity – reductions to your site’s kVA requirements during COVID-19 will unlikely affect your billable capacity value.
Your demand will be assessed by the Energy Metrics team, so we can see if your site would benefit from moving to a Demand opt-out tariff.


United sites
  • United tariffs operate on a 12-month rolling capacity.
    • 12-month rolling Capacity – reductions to your site’s kVA requirements during COVID-19 will unlikely affect your billable capacity value.
